Feeling unsteady, and not sure what kind of help you need?
Whatever has brought you here, there's a place for you. Life can shift in a moment. Maybe something from the past has caught up with you. Maybe you're grieving, or anxiety has crept in and taken over. Maybe you're watching your child struggle, or your relationship has been shaken by something you never saw coming. Our counselling and therapy services in Engadine, and online across Australia, are here to meet you exactly where you are.
Wondering if what you're feeling is "enough" to reach out?
If it's weighing on you, it matters. You might be feeling:
Exhausted from holding everything together
Numb, flat or disconnected from yourself and the people you love
Overwhelmed by emotions that seem bigger than the moment
Lonely, even when you're surrounded by people
Like you've lost sight of who you are
You don't need a crisis, a diagnosis or the right words to deserve support. You only need to be ready for one conversation.
Not sure where to begin? Start with what you're feeling.
Worried about what counselling will actually feel like?
Many people tell us they nearly didn't reach out, because they pictured a cold room, a clipboard and someone nodding at them from across a desk. That's not what you'll find here.
You'll be welcomed into a calm, warm space by someone who is genuinely glad you came. You'll never be rushed, judged or reduced to a diagnosis. You choose what to share and when. And your support will be shaped around you, because no two people, and no two stories, are the same.
All our practitioners work with clients for a minimum of six sessions, because we believe change happens over time, in spaces that feel predictable and consistent.
Wondering about cost?
We believe in being open and upfront, so you can plan with confidence. No referral or diagnosis is needed.
Have a question? You're not the only one.

Your first session is simply a chance to get to know each other. There's nothing to prepare, and you can share as much or as little as you're ready to. If you're booking for your child, we start with a Parent/Carer Briefing Session, just for you.
