At The Still Space we take an integrative and forward thinking approach to mental health and wellbeing, tailoring a range of multi-modality therapeutic services to guide children, teens, individuals and families through life’s daily challenges as well as pivotal times of change and growth.

Our foremost goal is to foster an environment of safety and support, making people truly seen so that they can begin to take inspired action as well as learn to cultivate nurturing and compassionate relationships with themselves and with others.

Through a combination of modalities including mindfulness, meditation, trauma-informed care, somatics, mindful art and journal therapy, we are here to help foster a sense of empowerment, calm and deep inner peace, creating the space for connection and reprieve, and inspiring positive change in people’s lives.
