Mind won't switch off, no matter how tired you are?
Your body isn't doing anything wrong. It's been working very hard to keep you safe. Anxiety counselling helps you understand what's happening inside you, ease that constant sense of alarm, and feel more like yourself again. See us in person in Engadine, or online from anywhere in Australia, including evenings.
Does any of this sound like you?
Lying awake with "what ifs" running through your head
A tight chest, racing heart or sense of dread that comes out of nowhere
Feeling on edge, even when everything seems fine
Saying no to things you used to love, because they feel like too much
Holding it together for everyone else, then falling apart when you're alone
So many people living with anxiety are capable, caring, and the one everyone else relies on. If that's you, you're not weak and you're not broken. You've been carrying a lot, for a long time.
Tired of being told to "just relax"?
Anxiety isn't only in your head. It lives in your body too. Together, we'll make sense of what your anxiety is trying to tell you, gently explore what sits underneath it, and find ways to help you feel calmer that genuinely fit you and your life.
There's no one-size-fits-all here. Your support is shaped around you, and it grows and changes as you do.
