Cancellation Policy

To honour your need for flexibility, while also ensuring appointments remain available for all clients who need support, we kindly ask for your understanding and agreement to our cancellation policy. Appointments may be rescheduled without a fee if 48 hours' notice is provided. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled fee. No-shows will be charged at the full fee rate.

Full session fees for your appointment will be charged to the card on file 24 hours prior to your session.
