When life brings up something you wish you could ask a therapist…
Now you can.
Real support from a real therapist. Not AI. Not a chatbot. Just real human support at the touch of a button.
Sometimes the hardest part of healing isn’t knowing what to do. It’s having someone there when the moment arrives.
The moment when your thoughts are spiraling.
The moment when something from your past resurfaces.
The moment when you need to talk something through but don’t have a therapy session booked.
That’s where voice note support from me, Sammy comes in.
This is a unique support space where you can message me, a real, qualified therapist, directly through Voxer for 30 days.
No bots.
No automated replies.
No generic advice.
Just real support from a real therapist when you need it.

Real Support At Your Fingertips
Why This Exists?
Many people want support between therapy sessions. Others are curious about therapy but not quite ready to start weekly counselling, and some people simply want a place where they can:
Ask questions about their emotions.
Share a reflection or breakthrough.
Talk through something that just happened.
Get guidance on something they’re working through.
Voice note support bridges that gap.
It offers gentle, accessible support without the commitment of ongoing therapy. For current clients, it also provides a space for support in-between face-to-face sessions, especially when insights arise after a session or just before the next.
What You Get
30 Days of Voxer Support with me, Sammy
During this time you can send voice or text messages sharing:
Thoughts and feelings you can't or don't want to share with family or friends.
Questions about something you’re navigating.
Emotional moments you want help processing.
Challenges with boundaries, relationships, anxiety or grief.
Thoughts you want my perspective on.
As a trained and accredited therapist, I will respond with thoughtful, supportive reflections and guidance to support you in the moment.
This is not automated support.
It is human, personal, and grounded in real therapeutic experience.
Who Voice Note Support is Perfect For
Voice Note Support is designed for the in-between moments of life, when you don’t quite need (or aren’t ready for) ongoing therapy, but you know you’d feel better having someone real to talk things through with.
This space is perfect for you if:
Curious about therapy, but not ready to commit
You’ve been thinking about reaching out, but weekly sessions feel like too much right now. You want a gentle, accessible way to experience support, on your terms.
Moving through a life change or challenging season
Whether it’s a relationship shift, burnout, career uncertainty, or simply feeling “off,” you want short-term, meaningful support to help you process what’s coming up.
Wanting a confidential space beyond family and friends
You value your support network, but sometimes it feels easier to open up in a space that is private, unbiased, and completely your own.
Are a current therapy client and want support in-between sessions
Sometimes things come up after a session, or just before the next one. You might want to check in on something we’ve explored, share a breakthrough, or receive reassurance as you try something new. This gives you a place to process those moments without having to wait.
On a self-development journey
You’re actively working on yourself, building self-awareness, improving relationships, or breaking patterns, and want support that keeps you grounded, accountable, and moving forward.
Holding a lot in and needing somewhere to put it
You don’t always need a full session, sometimes you just need to say it out loud and feel heard, understood, and supported by someone who gets it.
Looking for neutral, professional guidance and advice
You want perspective that isn’t influenced by personal relationships, thoughtful, balanced support from someone outside your immediate world.
Busy, stretched, or short on time
Life is full. Between work, family, and everything else, finding time for regular therapy feels like a stretch right now, but you want support on the go.
Looking for real, human guidance, not a chatbot
You want to connect with an actual therapist. Someone trained, experienced, and able to respond with care, insight, and understanding.
Who Voice Note Support is Not For
Voice Note Support is designed to offer accessible, short-term guidance and connection, but it’s not a replacement for therapy or crisis support.
It may not be the right fit if you’re:
In immediate distress or crisis
If you are feeling unsafe, overwhelmed to the point of not coping, or need urgent support, it’s important to access immediate, in-person or crisis services where you can receive the level of care you deserve.
Needing ongoing, structured therapeutic support
If you’re looking for deeper, consistent work around trauma, mental health challenges, or long-term patterns, counselling or therapy will provide the depth, containment, and continuity needed.
Experiencing significant or complex mental health concerns
This includes challenges that require regular monitoring, clinical assessment, or more intensive support than voice note guidance can provide.
Wanting diagnosis, treatment planning, or formal mental health care
Voice Note Support is not designed for clinical diagnosis or structured treatment plans, these are best supported within a dedicated therapeutic setting.
This offering is best suited as a complement to therapy (for exisiting clients) or a stepping-stone, not a substitute for therapy.
If you’re unsure what kind of support is right for you, you’re always welcome to reach out to me at hello@thestillspace.com.au and I can help guide you toward the most appropriate next step.
