Helping children make sense of big feelings through play.

When emotions feel too big, children need a space made just for them. Our play and art therapy programs offer a supportive environment where kids can express themselves, understand their feelings, and develop tools to cope with anxiety, stress, and overwhelming experiences. Through creativity, connection, and therapeutic play, children rediscover safety, confidence, and calm.
