End of Year Rest and Reflect Half-Day Retreat

Pause. Reflect. Reimagine.
As the year comes to a close, you’re invited to step away from the noise and into a supportive space designed to honour your inner world.
This retreat is a day to slow down, to acknowledge the year that’s been, to gently release what no longer serves, and to reconnect with your hopes and intentions for the path ahead.
Rooted in supportive, evidence-informed therapeutic practices, this day is for anyone longing to exhale and realign. Whether you’ve had a year of growth, grief, change or simply too much doing, this is your time to come home to yourself.
Together we’ll explore:
Guided Meditation
To settle the nervous system and reconnect with your inner stillness.
Reflective Journaling
Thoughtfully curated prompts to honour your year and explore your intentions for 2026.
Therapeutic Practices for Clarity and Renewal
Evidence-informed practices grounded in future-focused therapy to help you reflect on what matters and reconnect with a clear, hopeful vision for the year ahead.
A Nourishing Light Lunch
Shared in community, with space for conversation or quiet reflection.
Held in a calm and nurturing setting, this day is an invitation to rest, reflect, and reimagine a meaningful path forward.
