Group therapy to ease anxiety, heal trauma, and find you again.

Trauma and anxiety have a way of isolating you, making you feel like you’re the only one struggling to hold it all together. At The Still Space, group therapy offers women a safe place to untangle the weight of anxiety, release the shame that trauma often brings, and gently reconnect with themselves in the presence of others who truly get it. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in community.

Anchored: Group Therapy for Women

ADULT | $50 per session | 5 session minimum | WEDNESDAYS FORTNIGHTLY 7:00PM - 8:30PM | NEXT GROUP STARTS 23 JULY

Anchored is a five-session, closed-group therapy program created for women who are feeling emotionally heavy, unsure of where they’re headed, are lost in anxiety, the aftermath of trauma, or are experiencing a significant life shift.

Whether you’re just beginning to seek support and want to build a foundation before one-to-one therapy, or you’ve come to the end of individual counselling and are craving continued connection, this space is for you.

In this group, you’ll be surrounded by others who get it, who understand the loneliness that can come with anxiety, the confusion that follows trauma, and the disconnection from self that life’s upheavals often bring.

Facilitated by Sammy, a Registered Counsellor who specialises in trauma, grief, and anxiety, each fortnightly session combines guided conversation, psychoeducation, practical tools and support to help you:

  • Understand your anxiety and trauma responses.

  • Feel less alone in your emotions and experiences.

  • Release the shame of β€œnot having it all figured out”.

  • Rediscover your sense of self and what truly matters to you.

  • Build ongoing support and community in this phase of life.

This is a space to feel seen, to share at your own pace, and to begin anchoring yourself in clarity, connection, and self-trust.

It is a requirement that participants attend all five sessions. a 50% deposit is required to hold your place in the program with the remaining fee due at your first session.

All sessions are held in person from our Engadine practice.
